This is a really cool app with a gentle ambient sound that will help you fall asleep or just relax. If you have problems with your mind racing as soon as you get into bed this will help. Also, well be using this when our baby arrives in a few weeks since it has a gentle heartbeat like sound. Its like a Brian Eno sleep machine!
