awesome product, one major problem

this is a great product!!! only problem...it stops like right in the middle!!! i hate it!!! but like I said, product works amazing!!! idk wat version my iPhone is, its a 3gs and its 16 gigs. anyways, I would love love love this if it didnt stop in the middle.
